Dear Business Associate,

Another year has gone by and it is that time to renew your membership and/or
become a member. The LBA annual membership dues are $125.00 (same as last
year). Please complete the form below and mail your payment in by November 30,
2021. Active status as an LBA Member is required to place your business name and
information on the 2022 website.
